I
was just telling my wife about the first jar of protein I bought at age
16. It seems so long ago but what I have made now is everything I had
hoped that first jar was. But of course, it wasn't. And neither are any
of the other products on the market today. Protein supplements are one
of the most popular food supplements available and manufacturers take
you for a sucker because of it. It is even worse when it comes to meal
replacements. Although they provide carbohydrate, protein and a little
fat, meal replacement supplements and protein bars also contain
artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, genetically modified corn
syrup, poisonous hydrogenated oils and more crap.
Also
included are Franken-food (GMO's) starches and other ingredients which
are the same things in candy or cake mix and have no business in your
enemy's body, let alone yours. Proteins are naturally carbohydrate free
for the most part and will always contain a little fat. But sugar,
never; starches, never. Do yourself a favor right now, throw out all
protein powders and meal replacements or lo-carb bars that you have
anywhere in your possession. They are nothing more than refined,
processed, lard filled and chemical-laden. Besides, you already know
they do not produce results. Look at yourself. Are you put together
anything like the models in magazine ads? Then toss that stuff out! If
you want real success, eat real food and at least, listen to what I am
talking about here. You're looking for results, right?
What
I have for you is plain, and yes, bland, and free of frills but it is a
complete protein powder. Our Complete Protein Powder also contains
certain globulin proteins which inhibit unhealthy bacteria from
attaching to your intestinal walls, but is still only meant to be a
supplement to REAL food. However, we challenge you to compare. Our
secret and precise ratio of proteins (whey, rice and soy) blended
together are the real deals and the reason we are elite. We shun the
cheaper sources of powder that have hydrolyzed contents, tar, ash, or
anything else you have read about which are otherwise bad for you
(despite the competition's sales claims). Most commercial protein
supplements, along the same lines as meal replacements such as MET-Rx®
or Slim-Fast® are recommended to be eaten in place of several meals a
day. The main benefit they supposedly offer is one of convenience,
controlled portion size and increased nitrogen levels. There is some
truth to that. If you compare a typical 250 calorie meal replacement to
a bowl of cereal with whole milk or a double cheeseburger, then yes,
they're a very easy way to slash calories from your diet.
But
do they nourish you? No one source of protein is enough for anyone, you
need more. I recommend the Complete Protein Powder as a pre-workout
drink or for extreme situations when you have missed a meal, but only
at these times. Read that again... I am actually saying you should use
my product before a workout (we recommend 11 sessions a month) and in
emergencies (which is not daily), and not to depend on powders as a
meal. I must really believe in what I do to discourage sales! The
problem with protein powder today comes not only when deciding which
product you should or should not use because it is not as simple as
reading the label but how often you use it. Magazines lie about the
products you see in print. The publisher depends upon advertising
dollars to keep afloat and so it isn't in their best interest to print
anything that will discourage potential advertisers. You can expect
double the smoke screen if the publisher of the magazine is the one
running ads for their own products! With Complete Protein Powder, use
it. You'll see and feel what I mean.
